At Tobawy electronics, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
- The item is returned in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging)
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The item was sealed and is returned unopened
Returned items must be inspected and approved before any refund is processed. If the product is not in its original state, the refund will be declined, and return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
2. Custom-Made Items (Non-Refundable)
Custom-made items are non-refundable if:
- The item was made according to the description provided by the customer, and
- The specifications were confirmed and approved by both us and the customer prior to production
We recommend double-checking all specifications during the confirmation process. Refunds will only be considered for custom items if there is clear deviation from the agreed and confirmed specifications.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase
- If the return does not meet the refund conditions, the product will be returned to the customer, who will cover any associated shipping costs
4. Defective Items Due to Shipping
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping:
- You are entitled to a full refund, including the original shipping cost
- You must notify us within 2 days, including photos clearly showing the damage
- We may provide a return label or alternative return arrangements
5. Return Shipping Costs
- We will cover return shipping if the item is defective or incorrect due to our error or shipping damage
- For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping
6. Non-Refundable Cases
We will not accept refunds or returns if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- The original packaging is missing or opened (for sealed items)
- The item is returned after the allowed return window (30 days)
- The item is custom-made and conforms to the agreed specifications
8. Digital Products & Software (If Applicable)
Please note that digital products or software licenses are generally non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of technical failure verified by our support team.
